Later today, Microsoft is expected to release 13 bulletins as part of the August Security Bulletin release. Of the the 13, two are rated Critical, for Remote Code Execution, nine are Important, covering a variety of vulnerability types, and the last two are Moderate, for Denial of Service and Information Disclosure vulnerabilities.
Bulletins will be targeting the various supported Windows versions, Internet Explorer, Office, the .NET Framework, and Microsoft Developer Tools. The only bulletin which is Critical across all supported software is the first, the cumulative Internet Explorer update.
