Cigital has been working one-on-one with Rural Electric Co-ops across the US to help them raise their cyber security bar, starting with the creation of their own custom cyber security plan. To facilitate this process, Cigital provided the Co-ops with several artifacts, including a Guide to Developing a Cyber Security and Risk Mitigation Plan and an associated Cyber Security Plan Template, developed by Cigital for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA). The following video captures testimonials from Rural Electric Co-ops that have worked with Cigital to create their cyber security plans, along with feedback from industry experts and practitioners on the cyber security risk management approach and toolkit developed by Cigital.
